My name is Steve McCallum and I welcome the opportunity to be considered for the position
of Project Manager which was advertised on SEEK.com on 25th February, 2015.
I hold a Diploma in Project Management, have over 25 years construction industry experience, and I
am currently Technical Manager with one of Queensland’s largest timber/hardware/frame & truss
companies. I have deep knowledge and clear understanding of current construction methods, strong
client management skills, and proven ability to deliver multiple projects concurrently, which support
my application to be considered by your company.
I have solid experience in design, procurement, and delivery of many construction projects
(specializing in commercial, health and government). I hold a construction Blue Card and have a
current Queensland drivers license. In addition, I am driven to succeed by my personal desire to
deliver projects well within the limitations presented. In my current position, delivering multiple
projects weekly, the ability to manage pressure and maintain flexibility is paramount.
