My music genre focuses on retro styles from the 1940s-1960s, featuring brass instruments, strong vocals, and emotive lyrics. I aim to educate readers about retro influences in modern music and promote up-and-coming retro artists. My target audience is 16-30 year old males and females who are interested in unique styles and vintage fashion/music trends. I will release the magazine monthly to provide high-quality, in-depth content. Each issue will feature retro-inspired outfits in photo shoots to attract both male and female readers.

Her goal is to work in television and eventually have her own television network, while using her success to help others and spread religious messages of love.

Andrew Charny shares his story of discovering his passion for digital media. After working in ministry outreach for over a year, he returned home unsure of his path. He took a job at his church in creative work, where his supervisors encouraged him to explore his interests. Realizing he enjoyed movies, television, reading and writing, he decided to pursue higher education in communications. He is now studying at Full Sail University to build a career creating uplifting digital content.

Skye Woods researched degree programs that would allow her to enjoy school while making a good living. She had previously dropped out of college in 2006 and thought she was done with school. However, she realized she needed to expand her knowledge to guarantee a prosperous future for her family as an artist and entertainer. The MCBS program incorporated her passion for media and provided a plan A, B, C and D for her life. Since enrolling, she has looked only forward with the goal of becoming a Renaissance Woman.

Samantha Matesig came from a lower-class family and struggled in high school, but eventually became a pediatric nurse. While she enjoyed helping children, it was not her dream career. She discovered Full Sail University at a music festival and learned she could pursue a career in music, media, and marketing. With some compromise with her father, she enrolled in the MCBS program at Full Sail while continuing to work full time. Although balancing work and school is challenging, she is committed to pursuing her dream career in the music industry.

The author worked in the aerospace and military industries for many years, but was unhappy with their jobs. They realized their true passion was in entertainment, especially music and comedy. The author researched schools and degrees, and chose to pursue a Media Communications degree from Full Sail University. This degree allows the author to build on their existing skills while following their passion for media, helping them become more confident they made the right career choice.

- 2. The Cure Steve Miller Band Texas State Athletics Various 5K’s and Marathons Before I started the MCBS program I was freelancing in the live events industry.
- 3. This provided me the opportunity to work on many notable events, including the MS150, the Capitol 10K, Austin City Limits Music Festival, SXSW, the Governor's Inauguration and the Texas Book Festival.
- 4. I had always thought I wanted to work in the digital media field.
- 5. Initially when I launched my school career I studied Radio/TV/Film, but it was not until I moved to Austin I enjoyed the benefits of my decision to enter this field.
- 6. Cypress Hill Being able to work concerts of my favorite music groups I had only seen on television or the web was, at the time, a dream come true.
- 7. But then, my opportunities for employment became sporadic.
- 8. I would reach out to my contacts I made during this journey for permanent employment opportunities but nobody answered the phone calls.
- 9. Because of that I began looking to get back into school.
- 10. I had the work experience and an excellent reputation around town for my work ethic, but lacked the credentials for what I wanted pursue.
- 11. Finding a school that incorporated my experiences with a schedule that would work for me was my main objective.
- 12. Because of that, I was able to find Full Sail, which allowed me to work and continue my pursuit of higher education.
- 13. Until I finally made the initial contact with Full Sail, I thought finishing school was not in my future and ever since I decided to pursue my passion for media in the MCBS degree program, I realize this dream can come true.
- 14. The photo above is a representation of my influences during my school journey. Ted Lange as Isaac from The Love Boat reminds me to stay cool during the stressful times and Andy Kaufman as Latka reminds me to have fun with all I do.
