Dear Parents, Faculty, and Staff,
There are two changes to the end of the year calendar:
The Parent Teacher Conference is being moved from Thursday, June 9 to Tuesday, June 14. The
conferences will run the entire day. There will be no classes on this day. Conference request times
will be sent home by the end of this week in digital form and hard copy.
The second change involves the secondary tree planting event. The saplings we ordered will not
be ready for replanting. Therefore, we are cancelling the Friday, June 10 date.
We appreciate your consideration and hope you will be able to accommodate these changes.
Reminder: You are invited to have ‘Coffee with Mr. G.’ this Friday 27 June at 8:15 am, in the
Activity Center.
