I want to start off by thanking everyone who has
made the last 10 years a success. We would not
be in the same position as we are today without
your valued partnership. Both clients and staff;
thank you.
Having previously owned an engineering firm as
well as having worked with numerous trades, I
noticed a gap in the Construction Industry,
specifically in the General Contractor function. I started Maxim Constructors with one purpose,
to be “The Smarter Constructors”.
As a general contractor we are not only responsible for the coordination and management of
construction projects, but our client’s large investments. You would not invest $250,000 with
just anyone, would you? At Maxim we provide a professional and educated approach to the
management of your investments. Maxim consciously decides to pay higher wages to attract
and maintain the most knowledgeable and hard-working staff, so that we can utilize the best
resources for you. Our highly educated professionals within our management and coordination
teams bridge the gap between the job process and your needs. This approach allows us to

Our business practices are a reflection of our attitude towards environmental impact. Practices
that reflect this include:
choosing reputable suppliers with sound environmental policies,
choosing products that are LEED certified,
recycling cardboard packing and metal parts,
reducing printing wherever possible,
and using technology to reduce paper consumption.
