your room prior otherwise there is no availability of rooms or dormitory at any point
of time in a year
As rooms are very much important as most of time rains comes in night and if
you don’t have proper facility for stay you will totally exhaust.
Shrine board has made facility for free blanket for which you need to pay full
refundable security amount of Rs. 100 and you may sleep in various shelters
such as restaurant area or one or two halls or somewhere in balcony.

15. 7 Stops during the Yatra
1. Darshani Darwaza- from where yatra
starts
2. Banganga- Mata Vaishno Devi, while
on her way to the Holy Cave, created this
water body with an arrow from her
quiver, hence the name Banganga
3. Charan Paduka- the goddess stopped
at this place for a while to look back and
check whether Bhairon Nath was still
chasing her or not

16. 4. Adhkuwari- At this place the Goddess is believed
to have worshiped Lord Shiva in a cave for 9 months
5. Sanjichhat- It is the highest point for the pilgrims
on their trek to the Holy Bhawan
6. Bhawan- the Holy cave which is the ultimate
destination of the yatries
7. Bhairon Ghati- for the full blessings of the
journey to Mata Vaisno Deviji, Yatries would have to
pay obesiance at Bhairon temple on their return
otherwise journey would not be considered
complete.
