1. Social Insight: Aggregate social data periodically from Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Klout etc to provide valuable
insights about the company, customers and competitors.
2. Social Pharma: Solution for Social Pharmacovigilance of marketed medicines based on patient comments in
discussion forums. It was able to identify adverse events and product off-label usage of certain drugs nearly a year and
half before FDA reported
3. ITextDiscovery: Intelligent search and discovery of text from large volumes of unstructured content. It provides
capability of searching documents beyond keyword based search and enables concept search using text analytics.
Implemented for an Insurance customer.
4. Email Analysis: Solution that provides intelligent search across messages and quick summary of communication
patterns, sentiment and other trends. Implemented for Internal HR group.
5. Voice of Customer Analysis: The platform was used to analyze US reality talent show (for two seasons) of a leading
media & entertainment company. In this study, winners who got voted on a weekly basis were predicted with more
than 85% accuracy
6. Passenger Experience Analysis: Analysis of customer experiences of a leading Australian airlines to discover
insights about customer preferences across business class, mode of travel, airline rating etc.
7. NextGen Sales Prospecting: Innovative solution for sales team of a Fortune 10 financial services company that
helped in improving lead qualification and increased customer stickiness. Includes Auto identification of Social
Identities, Aggregating data generated by these identities. Analyze and present insights like identifying the topics
discussed in this chatter. Insights help Sales team to better understand their customers. Implemented using the
Platform in co-innovation mode with Customer
8. Inquiry Analysis: A Pharma company in US receives queries regarding their products and SMEs respond to them.
Company wanted to identify possible insights from Data and help improve productivity of the SMEs. Performed a quick
MVP leveraging Digital Intelligence platform to present Management Dashboards and an approach to recommend
possible answers to the new queries based on the existing data.
9. Analytics as a Service: A major US bank wanted to identify the factors that will influence the User engagement with
the brand over Social Networks. Leveraging the Digital Intelligence platform to aggregate and analyze the data and
developed a model to identify the factors and relationship to User Engagement in Social Media. Also analyzed the
utilization of Facebook ads by Competitors
10. Social CRM: Monitor Social Media interactions. Identify complaints, product queries from them and create customer
service or lead requests in CRM system for further workflow.

Recent Assignments: Common Tools Platform for Cisco
AS (Advanced Services) group of Cisco provides consulting services for Cisco’s customers to improve operational efficiency
of Network Engineers by profiling their network devices and identifying non-compliant configurations that can affect the device
performance. Also helps Customers to trouble shoot issues with their network devices.
Phase 1: Common Tools Platform:
This is a platform for Cisco Engineers to configure, schedule and execute data collection from various network devices. This is
based on Capgemini’s Data Collection & Analytics Framework which enables intelligent orchestration of workflow for efficient
and faster data collection through effective job scheduling, dynamic resource management and parallel processing. This
platform aims at automating entire process by utilizing proven DevOps technologies including “infrastructure as code”
concepts to enable automated deployment on engineer’s Laptop as well as on Cisco Data Center.

Phase 2: KPI Reporting Portal
This is a Self-service BI reporting portal that enables Cisco Engineers to analyze data collected using Common Tools Platform
and visualize by building Repots. And finally share these Reports with their Customers through Portal. This is the first phase in
journey towards building Big Data based BI platform (utilizing Data Lake). This project involves Data discovery and Report
building using ELK stack and share Reports using Liferay Portal.
