control how they print from Outlook, and has been used by a number of law firms since its
launch two years ago.
Kappris is now being utilised by one of the UK’s leading independent law firms, Martineau, who use
iManage as their document management system and run Windows 7 so integration and compatibility
was a key factor. Dean Hill-Jowett, IT Director, has been very happy with how it has improved the way
the firm prints from email.
‘We have been using the Outlook plug-in for a few months now and it has introduced new ways
of printing for our users. I have spent the last four years looking for an answer to the question of
how to print only the first page of an email. When I saw Kappris it was a revelation and worked far
better than I expected by printing emails rather than pages.
He has also been pleased with the cross-application compatibility and cost savings the driver has
begun to realise.

50% which will more than pay for the software itself.
