MGM Beach Resort is providing a quote to Extreme Asia Holidays for a function from August 20-21, 2014. The quote includes room rates from Rs. 4,500-9,500 depending on room type and meal plan, with an advance payment of 50% required to confirm the booking. Additional items like breakfast, lunch and dinner can be added for Rs. 225-800 per person. Payment of the remaining 50% balance is due before the function along with charges for any missing or damaged items.

All the infrastructures for cooking and serving like utensils / crockery / cutleries
/ serving dishes / tables / chairs / services personnel, etc will be brought by
your good selves.(not applicable for AP plan)
For your events requiring extra lighting and sound, you need to make your own
arrangements and for those, extra power load, you need to bring / hire your
own qensets.
Cooking area would be wide-open area behind Convention centre for which you
need to work your own tent or shamina arrangements.
Usage of Swimming pool and Gym is complemented only for Room guests.
Please observe the rules.
Games kits like Cricket, Frisbee, Volley ball etc can be collected from banquets
on first come first serve basis.
DJ & Music to be shut down by 10.00pm. SHARP.
Jacuzzi, Steam bath and Thai Spa will be at an extra cost.
On account of the State Excise Regulations, Service of Alcoholic Beverages is
permitted till 10.00 pm only.
In addition stickers or any other posters must be placed on the backdrop
provided by you. No cello tape, scotch tape, doubles side or adhesive of any
kind to be used.
Noise Restricted Areas:
For all the banquet events held in the resort, any kind of noise would not be permitted in
the Water Front Lawn, Eclipse Lawn & Pool side area.
Power Supply:
Resort will provide 2KV power supply. For extra power, Genset to be brought from the
Guest end.

The Resort reserves the right to charge the full contracted value if number of persons
attending the function fall below the guaranteed number of persons indicated.
Payment Terms:
We would appreciate your sending us an advance of 50% of the anticipated amount
through DD in favour of MGM Beach Resort payable at Chennai.
Billing:
50% of the estimated billing as non refundable advance requested for the formalization of
booking. The remaining 50% of the estimated billing to be paid before the function.
Missing and damages will be charged on actual....
