Joint Farming Method: Company offers to any body to become as independent Grower (IG) on minimum payment of

3. EARNING OF INDEPENDENT GROWERS:-
A. Tax Free Joint Farming Income:- Since company sells the packages for jointly farming and trading of crops on
monthly harvesting basis, so the company offers earning to its independent growers for 10 Harvesting on the
basis of number of units purchased by Independent Grower (IG) for jointly farming and trading of crops. Example
of earning for 01 Unit Package is given as below:

Note: (1). For purchase of multiple units in multiple of Rs 1000/- , the earning will be multiple of above Harvesing wise
calculated value (2) No TDS or tax deduction is applicable on this Earning, since the earned income is agricultural income
and exempted u/s 10(1) of Income Tax Act 1961 (3) The only earning of Rs 300/- or above will be directly transferred in
CBS bank a/c of IG on commencement of Harvesting and the amount below Rs 300/- will be carried forwarded.

4. B. Earning From Sell/Trading of Package Under IG:-
1. Level Earning (Up to 5 Level) : Each Independent Grower (IG) will earn from every sell of package within five
(5) level under his/her as given below:

2. Hyper Binary Earning (up to unlimited Depth):-
Instead of income within 5 level, the IG will earn from every sell/trading of package up to unlimited depth under his/her.
10% of package sell turnover of closing company will distribute as Hyper binary fund. The downline of every IG will be
divided in two parts and left-right qualified pairs units will be counted in ratio of 1:1 and eligible IG will earn equal to : No.
of qualified pair unit of IG multiplied by pair value of closing.
Pair Value = Total Binary fund @ 10% of total turnover of closing divided by total no. of Units sold for that
closing
Note: (1). Unpaired package Units will be flashed out and shall not be carried forwarded for next closing.

NOTES:
1. Company will issue on line E- Pins to concerned State Trading Point and District Trading Point only against remittance of payment in account of
Global Joint Farming and Marketing Company only.
2. Purchase of Package or Joining are allowed only through concerned State Trading Point or District Trading Point.
3. Company will be responsible only for Independent Grower (IG) successfully joined on website.
4. Read all terms and conditions on website before purchase of any package.
5. On line Agreement made by IG accepting terms and conditions during submission of joining form on website will be treated as valid
agreement with company.
SPECIAL NOTE:
1. The Independent Grower/s will enter into an agreement during submission of application form with acceptance of all terms and conditions
on website of company.
2. Applicable TDS and admin expenses @ 2% will be levied on all income from sell of packages and PAN is mandatory for form 16A.

8. 3. Company has sole discretion to make any changes and to take any decisions in regard of any amendments or alteration of herbal cultivation
project.
4. Company has sole discretion to terminate and recover all income of Independent Grower (IG), if IG will indulged himself/herself in any anti
company activity or will join/promote business of other company/s.
5. Any IG shall not be eligible for any Earning and Income until commencement of respective payout and no payout will be commenced
without sell of minimum no of package for payout declared on website.
6. All dispute arise out of accepted terms and conditions on website of company, the dispute shall be referred to sole arbitrator appointed by
the company. The sole arbitrator shall conduct the proceedings as per provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. The IG will not
raise any objection in regard of connection of arbitrator with company and If needed only Hisar, Haryana court shall have jurisdiction in
respect of any matter of Global Joint Farming and Marketing Company.
