# of homes sold, active listings on the market in Cranbury, East Windsor, Ewing, Hamilton, Hopewell, Monroe, Plainsboro, South Brunswick, Princeton, West Windsor
West Windsor had a high number of active listings yet pending home sales remained low according to a September 2009 analysis. Few homes were under agreement even though many properties remained on the market. The imbalance between active listings and pending sales showed that buyers were not making offers despite available housing inventory in West Windsor at that time.
Plainsboro had an analysis done of active listings versus pending homes as of 9/15/09. The document appears to be analyzing real estate data from the town of Plainsboro by looking at numbers of currently active listings and pending home sales as of a particular date in September 2009.
The document provides a town by town analysis of data from 9/15/09. It likely contains statistics or metrics for multiple towns on that specific date, such as population numbers, economic indicators, or COVID-19 case counts. The analysis gives an overview of key information for several different towns from data gathered on September 15th, 2009.
Hamilton has seen an increase in active listings compared to last year at this time, while pending sales have decreased slightly. The number of active listings in Hamilton is up 25% year-over-year, indicating a slower housing market, while pending sales have declined by 5% compared to nine months ago, suggesting buyer demand may be cooling somewhat. Overall, the data shows the Hamilton housing market has more inventory and fewer sales contracts in process than at the same point last year.
Hopewell Township's real estate market analysis from September 15, 2009 found listings were active with pending home sales. The report analyzed the year-to-date listings compared to pending home sales in Hopewell Township.
Ewing's real estate market analysis from September 15, 2009 looked at listings and pending home sales in the town on a year-to-date basis. The document provided a breakdown of current active listings compared to pending home sales in Ewing to give a sense of the state of the local housing market at that point in time.
East Windsor had active listings that were higher than pending sales year-to-date according to a September 15, 2009 town-by-town analysis. The document appears to provide a brief analysis of the real estate market in East Windsor by comparing current active listings and pending sales.
Cranbury has seen an increase in active listings compared to last year at this time, while pending sales have decreased slightly. The number of active listings in Cranbury is up 25% year-over-year, indicating that inventory is rising which may lead to slower home price appreciation and more negotiating power for buyers. Pending home sales have declined by 5% compared to September 2008, but the market remains fairly stable with 15 new pending contracts in the last month.
The document summarizes key upcoming economic data releases and events for the week of September 15, 2009. It highlights that housing and inflation data will be important factors driving the markets. It also discusses the first-time homebuyer tax credit and estimates that over 1 million first-time buyers have used the credit so far, with the number expected to grow to almost 2 million by the November 30, 2009 deadline when the credit expires. The discrepancy between Treasury numbers and realtor estimates on credit usage is likely because most buyers will claim the credit on their 2009 tax returns filed in early 2010.

Dandelion Hashtable: beyond billion requests per second on a commodity serverAntonios Katsarakis
This slide deck presents DLHT, a concurrent in-memory hashtable. Despite efforts to optimize hashtables, that go as far as sacrificing core functionality, state-of-the-art designs still incur multiple memory accesses per request and block request processing in three cases. First, most hashtables block while waiting for data to be retrieved from memory. Second, open-addressing designs, which represent the current state-of-the-art, either cannot free index slots on deletes or must block all requests to do so. Third, index resizes block every request until all objects are copied to the new index. Defying folklore wisdom, DLHT forgoes open-addressing and adopts a fully-featured and memory-aware closed-addressing design based on bounded cache-line-chaining. This design offers lock-free index operations and deletes that free slots instantly, (2) completes most requests with a single memory access, (3) utilizes software prefetching to hide memory latencies, and (4) employs a novel non-blocking and parallel resizing. In a commodity server and a memory-resident workload, DLHT surpasses 1.6B requests per second and provides 3.5x (12x) the throughput of the state-of-the-art closed-addressing (open-addressing) resizable hashtable on Gets (Deletes).

Essentials of Automations: Exploring Attributes & Automation ParametersSafe Software
Building automations in FME Flow can save time, money, and help businesses scale by eliminating data silos and providing data to stakeholders in real-time. One essential component to orchestrating complex automations is the use of attributes & automation parameters (both formerly known as “keys”). In fact, it’s unlikely you’ll ever build an Automation without using these components, but what exactly are they?
Attributes & automation parameters enable the automation author to pass data values from one automation component to the next. During this webinar, our FME Flow Specialists will cover leveraging the three types of these output attributes & parameters in FME Flow: Event, Custom, and Automation. As a bonus, they’ll also be making use of the Split-Merge Block functionality.
You’ll leave this webinar with a better understanding of how to maximize the potential of automations by making use of attributes & automation parameters, with the ultimate goal of setting your enterprise integration workflows up on autopilot.

Get that Tax Credit before it Gets Away The Week Ahead -> The “Keys”
By: Tim McLaughlin - Housing and inflation data dictate the week

purchasing homes, and claiming their tax credits,

according to new government data released last Friday. So
far, nearly three hundred thousand people have claimed 9/15 ex Food/Energy 0.1% -0.1%
