Day 01: Arrival at Kathamndu Airport and our Air port representative will transfer

Day 04: Arughat-Arkhet 2hrs.-Soti Khola
3hrs.- 875m. Trail follows the Budhi

of Himalaya and is also in the bank of the
river. The trails is all flat and esasy. Over
night at Guest House.B/L/D.
Day 05: Soti Khola- Machhe Khola 6hrs.
885m. The zigzagged way through different
vegetation leads you to Khorla besi and hot
spring at Tatopani. Again through the zigzagged way takes to Machhakhola, where small
market is available. Over night at guest house. B/L/D
Day 06: Machhe Khola-Jagat 6hrs. 1350m. After crossing the stream head upstream to the
small village to Khorla Besi. The trails will be bit challenging to Doban through the forest.
Doban is fine place to see the rapids of Budhi gandaki then keep ascends to Jagat. Jagat is
Tax collection place and where the permit will be check. The control area is started. Stay

Day 07: Jagat-Phillim 4hrs. 1700m. First part of the trails is up hill but rest is all flat. Soon
you are crossing the suspension bridge to Phillim. Phillim is the Gurung inhabited large
village. Tsum Valley will begin from here to the right side of your trails. Over night at Guest

Day 08: Phillim-Deng 6hrs. 2090m. You
are trekking through flat land forest of pine
and rhododendren. Few suspension bridge
must be crossed to Deng. Mainly,
potatoes,barley,buch wheat corn are in this
land as many people are involve in

Slowly you are trekking above the tree lines
where the oxygen is less comparetly. The
day begins with flat and scenic views of mt.

comes all the way to Nanrung. Over night at

Day 10: Namrung-Lho Gaun 4hrs. 3100m. Today you are trekking over a windy path into

Day 11: Lho gaun-Sama gaun 4hrs. 3390m. As soon you leave the village, walking in the

Day 16: Bhimtang-Dharapani 4hrs.
1850m. You are descending all the way to

Day 17: Dharapani- Jagat 5hrs. 1820m.
Here again your trekking goes downhill but
it is not steep down. Noise from the river and
nature makes your trek more pleasant. Over

Day 18: Jagat-Nagdi 6hrs. 820m. Steep
down for the first 1.5hrs to Syange 1110m and cross the Marshyangdi river and path goes
gradually flat and uphill to Bahundanda 1300m. After lunch trek down Nagdi and all flat to
Bulbule 810m. Overnight at Guest House. B.L.D.
Day 19: After your breakfast you will transfer to Kathmandu by Bus/Jeep/Hice/Car.
Over night at Hotel.
Day 20: Free day in Kathamndu-shopping and evening fair well dinner and over night
