1. Madness Website Madshop. This is
where fans of the can
buy merchandise such
as t-shirts, wrist
bands, posters and all
their albums. We will
probably make our
own version of this
but having no
merchandise so it’s
more of a visual part
of the website and we
wont make any actual
profit from it.
Signing up to a
newsletter will allow
the fans (like becoming
a member) can keep
up to date with the
band.
Here they have a
slideshow of photos
of the band, this is all
their press photos
and album artwork
They have their links to their websites that anyone can click on so that they are up to that they have
date and can keep track of the band. They can see all their latest videos, what they’re gathered over the
working on and what they are doing in general. This is a good thing to have on the years.
page because it acts as an interactive place where the fans can look at their band in
more detail. http://blog.madness.co.uk/
2. Here they have
a place where
any members
of the audience
can sign up to
get extra
information
about their gigs
and any other
information.
Here they have
all their
upcoming gigs,
this is so their
fans know
where they’re
going to be. We
are going to
include a
similar thing on
to our website. On the front of the website, in the centre they have a news feed. This is where they can upload posts
telling them about any news that may promote the band or may be an interest to the audience. They
have announced a competition which we shall take from them (and obviously change) so that we to, can
interest the audience with a chance of winning some tickets and maybe some merchandise.
