MacKenzie Freeman is an event coordinator at Ideascape, Inc. She has experience coordinating large events with hundreds of attendees, including employee recognition ceremonies, receptions, banquets, and luncheons. Some of the major events she has coordinated include Bonneville Power Administration's 75th anniversary celebration, Providence's annual Festival of the Trees fundraiser, and Oregon's pavilion at Expo '86 in Vancouver. 2. Bonneville Power Administration’s 75th Anniversary included a parade with
a military color guard and antique cars carrying local and national
dignitaries, plus an FDR impersonator.

4. Guests to the anniversary festivities
enjoyed a formal ceremony, live
entertainment, hands-on exhibits
and a traditional salmon bake.

5. For Providence, I coordinated over
250 employee recognition
ceremonies and events.

6. I have organized hundreds of receptions, banquets and luncheons.

7. Legislators received this eye-catching
invitation to Oregon
Sheriffs’ Day at the Capitol and a gift
bag with goodies, a directory and
other information.

8. For six years I coordinated Providence’s signature fundraiser, Festival
of the Trees. During the gala auction some trees sold for more than
$10,000. Afterwards, over 30,000 guests viewed the displays during a
four-day show.

9. I have managed 10 K races,
athletic competitions and ski
event fundraisers.

10. During Expo ’86 — the World’s Fair in Vancouver, B.C.
Canada, I was the Director of Special Events for Oregon’s
pavilion. My responsibilities involved coordinating all of
Oregon’s events, entertainment and temporary exhibits.
