 Designed, created and managed the Business Information Services Network (BISNET),
which was launched by the then Prime Minister Mr Narasimha Rao in 1993. It was India's
first online business information service, set up on packet switched data network
 Designed and implemented the Environmental Information Centre in 1999 – a joint project
of USAID and FICCI with outreach centres at Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Kolkata and a
dedicated data driven (for content management) website.
 In 2000, designed and implemented a web portal for providing business information to
enterprises in the Indian Ocean Rim countries for and on behalf of the Ministry of External
Affairs,, Govt. of India
 In 2001, designed and implemented a web portal www.techno-preneur.net for providing
information for technology entrepreneurs for and on behalf of the Ministry of Science &
Technology, Govt. of India
