Lynn Pennington has over 10 years of experience as a qualified yoga instructor in Squamish, BC, where she taught at various studios, universities, and fitness clubs for over 7 years. She is comfortable teaching a variety of yoga styles, including gentle yoga, flow yoga, and power yoga with Ashtanga influence, as well as classic Hatha yoga. Prior to becoming a yoga instructor, Lynn was a ballet and jazz student and teacher for 25 years, which allowed her to appreciate the alignment of body and mind in yoga. She is committed to her own lifelong yoga practice and encouraging students on their personal journeys.
