Knowledge Transfer Partnerships provide government grant funding and expertise from London South Bank University to help companies improve profitability. The program lends experienced graduates to work full-time at companies for 2-3 years on strategic projects involving new products, technology, processes or expertise. Projects are subsidized up to £30k per year in employee costs. Companies of 5+ employees in most sectors are eligible if they have traded for 2 years.
