3. Relevance in Today’s – Telangana State:
Telangana Government, also again started this Scheme

8. EXCLUSIONS:
Sites under legal litigation/ disputes regarding
ownership of the site / building;
• Unauthorized constructions without any building
sanction in unapproved / unauthorized layouts, for which
prior approval of site/plot under regularization of
unapproved and illegal layout rules shall be obtained
• Encroached Government lands and Proposed Master
plan roads and rail network

9. EXCLUSIONS:
Surplus land declared under Urban land Ceiling
Buildings constructed prior to 01.01.1985 exempted
from these Rules.
Area earmarked for parking as per sanctioned plan
