- 2. Code Engineering LRI’s Code Engineeringgroup provides Building Code and Fire Code consulting for new buildings, extensions, renovation and changes of use. This group has extensive experience in the application of Building and Fire Codes to all building occupancy types to assist owners, property managers, developers, architects and engineers to apply the Codes in a consistent and appropriate manner to their buildings.
