o la sommatoria di una serie di servizi, competitivi e di qualità,
oppure
essere il risultato di uno scopo sociale che rispetta i "desiderate" dei propri associati.
Pensare che l'appartenenza ad una categoria sia un automatico "dovere associativo", non è più attuale.
Vanno misurati, con cadenza periodica e rendicontati i livelli di soddisfazione degli Stakeholder.
Sono gli Stakeholder, che indicheranno la "via" verso la quale l'associazione deve muoversi, non "ascoltarli" significherà non "rappresentarli".
Il cambiamento è un atto dovuto, per ritornare ad avere una "unità" di scopo, una "vision" condivisa, una forza Paese.
Ed il Paese siamo Noi.
