O presente trabalho se propõe a explorar a temática do entrelaçamento entre o real e o virtual, analisando os impactos da sociedade tecnológica na subjetividade humana. Quando o assunto é tecnologia, a humanidade caminha a passos cada vez mais largos. As tecnologias mais atualizadas ajudam a criar tecnologias mais atualizadas ainda. Hoje, é possível estar conectado em qualquer lugar. Estamos em um momento de fusão entre dois mundos. Um analógico, o qual estamos mais familiarizados, e outro digital, no qual os mais jovens, que já nasceram envolvidos em tecnologia, parecem saber melhor como viver. Cada vez mais o contraste entre esses dois mundos se torna evidente a medida que novas tecnologias vão surgindo e tornando obsoletas as anteriores. Conforme é possível observar no cotidiano, as consequências dessas avassaladoras mudanças interferem de forma considerável no modo como nos relacionamos com nós mesmos e com o mundo. Diante dessas observações, torna-se relevante questionar como acontece a subjetividade humana nessa nova realidade.
