This document discusses the author's mentor who worked as the Visual Display Director at Tiffany & Co. for 40 years and instilled in the author his ability to take ordinary things and make them magical through elegant dreaming. The author is grateful for the mentoring and friendship received from this mentor who helped inspire the "Moon Over Pearls" exhibit at the Fashion Institute of Technology in 1996.

His ability to dream elegantly, take the relatively ordinary and make it magical, were the qualities he instilled to my craft.
