Kelowna General Hospital, BC. Acute Care- Cardiac Surgery Nov 2015- May 2016
Worked with cardiac surgery patients in acute hospitalsetting.Taught pre and post operative class and educated
patients on breathing exercises, coughing,rolling, positioning, and importance of ambulating. Also worked casually
in ICU.
City Hospital- Saskatoon, SK. Pelvic Health Experience.
Worked with women who had 3rd and 4th degree vaginal tears due to childbirth, as well as individuals with urinary
incontinence and pelvic pain. Performed internal anal and vaginal assessments and provided treatment based of
these assessments.Treatment consisted ofpelvic exercises, deep tendon friction around scar area, lifestyle changes,
and strategies to avoid leakage such as the urge curve.
Saint Pauls Hospital- Saskatoon, SK. Cardio Respiratory Experience Mar 16- April 17, 2015
Educated pre-operative patients on breathing exercises, coughing,rolling, positioning,and importance of
ambulating. Worked with post-operative patients and patients on the medicine ward. Treatment included postural
drainage, manual therapy, breathing exercises, ambulation, and tilt board activities.

Worked with wide variety of conditions such as post MVA, Osteogenesis Imperfecta, and fractures. Experience
working with WCB and SGI clients.
2. Toronto Rehabilitation Institute- Toronto, On. Neuro Stroke Rehab Jan 5 – Feb 6, 2015
Worked with stroke patients performing rehabilitation tasks which included, vehicle transfers, sit to stand,stairs,
ambulation, and scanning exercises. Used Chedoke-Mcmaster, Berg Balance, 6 minute walk test,Sub maximal VO2
Test, COVS, and performed outdoorassessments.

Worked with wide variety of conditions including post surgical patients,falls, and patients with cancer. Experience

Worked with patients who had post knee replacement, post hip replacement, and diabetic neuropathy. In addition,
worked with elderly individuals and individuals who were bariatric. Helped patients with ambulation, stairs, and
vehicle transfers.
