5. Licenses
• I will need a license to be a business owner, a
cosmetology license, and a license to
advertize. (Roughly cost about 500 dollars to
600 dollars plus the amount for cosmetology
school)
• All my employees will need to have
cosmetology licenses.
6. Demographics:
• In a hip and trendy part of town so my business will get
many costumers of all different ages and get both males and
females.
Target:
• I am specifically targeting costumers from the ages 16-60
for both males and females.
Market Structure:
• I feel like my business would be in a Monopolistic
Competition because even though there are other hair salons
that are cutting hair like my business is, it doesn’t mean we
are doing it the same exact way.
My Competitors:
• I feel my business’ competitors would be other high-end
salon’s that are in the area. I feel that clients would come to
my salon because of the acceptable prices for the hair cut
and because of how my stylists treat the clients.
