I have had the pleasure of working with Felecia Biersdorfer over the past year while she has been
the Manager of the Novitex Team that supports our commercial insurance underwriting
operation in the Mountain Region for Liberty Mutual Insurance.
When Felecia first came onboard, she inherited a Team that lacked leadership and provided
inconsistent support and service to the Region. During the past year, I have seen Felecia instill a
new attitude and culture within her Team, which has directly impacted her Team’s improved
customer service. In all of my interactions with Felecia, she has always been willing to help and
consistently go above and beyond when needed.
In addition, as issues would arise from the Region, Felecia was quick to address the concerns and
ensure corrective action was taken when necessary. Whenever I provided feedback to Felecia on
a specific issue, workflow, etc., I was confident that she would deliver the appropriate message
to her Team, along with the implementing any changes that needed to take place.
I am confident that Felecia will exceed in any role that she takes on due to her willingness to go
