Dear Sir/Madam
During the past 16+ years,Joanne Hermanson has worked at Toyota Tsusho America Corporation in
what has proven to be a beneficial and rewarding relationship for both parties.
Joanne was first hired as a Sales Assistant in the Food and Ag Dept. in October, 1999. Since that time
Joanne has been a full time employee within the department serving in various capacities up to and
including her current position as Senior Administrative Assistant / Office Manager.
Joanne's job performance in a very exacting, precise and demanding industry has been excellent and
earned her the highest performance marks, accolades and recognition from her supervisor and
colleagues.
Joanne's duties have put her in charge of all aspects of office management and sales coordination, and
administrative roles including the supervision of other employees both corporate-wide and within the
Portland office. In carrying out her responsibilities, Joanne has demonstrated strengths to think
independently, pay attention to extreme detail, and successfully troubleshoot the wide variety of
obstacles that occur with great regularity in the import/export agricultural trade. In addition, Joanne
has been able to work in a fast paced, pressure-packed work environment where multimillion dollar
transactions are the norm.
I would recommend Joanne without hesitation to any prospective employer and I am sure her
intelligence, skills, and experience would be an asset in any environment. I am confident Joanne will be
successfulin any endeavor or job she chooses to undertake and I wish her great prosperity in the future.
Regards,Dan Leyden,
