Re: Recommendation of Mr. Shawn Poon
Dear Sir or Madam:
I am often asked to write letters of recommendation for students, and while I
am unable to do so for all who ask, it is my pleasure to write one on behalf of Mr.
Poon.
I have known Shawn for some time and I have always been impressed by his
fearlessness. He never backs down from a challenge and possesses an outgoing and
social manner that makes him an ideal candidate for a sales or marketing position.
In the two classes we have had together, Shawn has excelled. He worked
with me as a student manager on one of UNLV’s most prestigious events, the
Foundation Dinner. This event had many moving parts, including working with
celebrities and dignitaries. Shawn works well with others and always dresses
professionally and with a sense of style. Many companies I am sure would welcome
Shawn on the “front lines” facing the customers.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have about Mr.
Poon or my experiences working with him.
Cordially,
Todd A. Uglow, JD
