To whom it may concern,
Jason Frazier worked for us, here at Industrial Automation, for Close to 3 Years. The
first Half of this, he was the only employee in the CNC department, on our night shift, with no
support or programing available. His skills, and knowledge throughout this time, not only
met, but exceeded our expectations. Jason is a talented, self-motivated, machinist that
needs little, to no supervision. He was helpful and well liked, by his fellow co-workers, and
always came to work, with a can do attitude. He was able to use both mastercam, and his
extensive understanding of machining principles and g-code, at the control, to keep his
shift’s production on their mark, as well as optimizing feeds and speeds, to make sure we
not only met our deadlines, but also increasing company profits.
Jason was a pleasure to have on our team, and would be a valued employee, to any
