To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing this letter on behalf of Mr. Ryan Luo.
Ryan is affiliated with College Works Painters and took responsibility over all
aspects of the job. He first presented himself as the sales representative and
was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the company. My
husband and I had used College Works before and were happy with their work
so we decided to call on them again when it came to painting our home. After
signing the paperwork, Ryan kept in touch with us to for paint selection and to
schedule the work. In the meantime, we decided to remodel a bathroom, which
caused us to move the date of when the work would be scheduled. Ryan was
very accommodating and allowed us to move the work to a date that was most
convenient for us.
Ryan had scheduled for the power washing to be done on Sunday at noon. He
was on time and showed up with the right equipment. He was always careful
not to disturb us when we were home and respected our home. I was surprised
to see that he was doing the power washing. It just demonstrates the notion
that he is a hard working young man who is not afraid to roll up his sleeves to
get the job done. He made sure he was communicating with us regarding what
should be painted and not. At the end of the project, we were once again
pleased with the outcome of the painting. Of course Ryan cleaned up after the
job was done and even stayed and chatted with my husband and I as we
admired our “new home”.
In closing, I must commend Ryan for his hard work, commitment and
dedication to making sure the work is done right and the customer is happy.
He is a young man that I was very impressed with because he takes seriously
the duties and responsibilities placed on him. I would Ryan to work with any
company that would be smart enough to hire him. Good job College Work
Painters… you did right by hiring such a great employee.
