William E. Barto provides a glowing letter of recommendation for Sharon Williamson for a job opportunity. He has known Sharon since 2014 when they worked together in the Program Integration Branch of the Medium Altitude UAS Division at Wright-Patterson AFB. Sharon managed the division's suspense tracker with great responsibility, ensuring task responses were delivered on time. Sharon is described as one of the hardest working and most responsible employees, who gets her work done without needing supervision. Based on his 30 years of military service supervising thousands of people, Barto believes Sharon would be at the top of his list and highly recommends hiring her.

Letter of Recommendation for Ms Sharon Williamson_10 Nov 15

Letter of Recommendation for Ms. Sharon Williamson
To Whom It May Concern:
It is with great pleasure that I recommend Sharon Williamson for employment with your
organization.
I have known Sharon since May 2014 as a co-worked in the Program Integration Branch (PIB)
of the Medium Altitude UAS Division at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. Sharon has one of the
toughest jobs in this Division, managing the Division suspense tracker. When
taskers/suspenses come into the Division, Sharon determines which Branch/Branches the
tasker goes to and assigns a date when the response is due back to the PIB. She loads the
tasker into the tracker, follows up to make certain the responses are back on time (a tough task
in itself), prepares folders for each tasker, and delivers them to Division leadership for approval.
Once approved, Sharon provides the Division response to our Directorate, Center, Command or
Higher Headquarters.
Sharon is by far, one of the hardest working/most responsible employees in this Division. She
is “self-supervising”. She knows what needs to be done and she gets it done. You never need
to worry about her setting around. If all of our teammates worked as effective as Sharon, we
could cut our overhead.
I served my country for 30 years in the USAF and have supervised thousands of
troops/employees. For 7 years I was a training manager, supervising the training of hundreds of
young troops. The following 10 years, I was a First Sergeant, responsible for the morale,
welfare and discipline of over a thousand troops. My last 10 years in the United States Air
Force, I was the Command Chief Master Sergeant: the top enlisted advisor to 5 different 3-Star
Generals. I traveled the world sharing the General’s concerns with thousands of troops and
listening to the troops concerns and solving challenges (we never called them problems). I
provide this personal background information only to show that I have years of experience in the
people business. I have served with/supervised some of America’s finest sons and daughters.
For the last 10 years I have been the Team Lead for the Riverside Research employees
assigned to the Medium Altitude UAS Division, employees located in 4 different locations. If I
had to compare Sharon to all the troops/employees with whom I have had the pleasure of
serving, I would put her at the top of the list. She is an All Star – A Star Performer!!!
Hire Sharon Williamson and you will be glad you did.
She comes with my highest possible recommendation.
William E. Barto
