This document provides an overview of the SOAP Opera 2 project at Leeds Metropolitan University. The project aims to make student-facing services more efficient, effective, personalized and agile by developing an enterprise architecture model and resources. The deliverables will include "as is" and "to be" enterprise architecture models, a catalogue of services and systems, a roadmap, impact reports, and engagement reports. Emergent benefits include establishing an internal enterprise architecture practice group and business-led change control board to govern IT through a service-oriented approach.
