The homeowners, Gail and Alan Lebowitz, needed to renovate their small Potomac home kitchen. Mrs. Lebowitz was worried about trusting contractors in her home where she lived with her husband and two dogs. The project manager helped alleviate her concerns by recommending a contractor he had worked with successfully multiple times and taking her to see one of the contractor's current job sites. These gestures helped Mrs. Lebowitz gain confidence in the contractor and she has been enjoying the kitchen renovation process.
Roofing Contractor helps Resident Replace Old Roofs
Lebowitz
1. Lebowitz (Project is still ongoing) Gail & Alan Lebowitz.: A small Potomac home that needed a “facelift.” Mrs. Gail was very
worried about her experience with placing a new kitchen in her home. The biggest issue
was having to trust everyone who came into her house as her , her husband and 2 little
doggies took residence there. Safety was not an issue as she came into the show room and
I helped her, taking her step by step in picking out exactly what she wanted. I recom-
mended a Contractor that I had used multiple times, and also invited her to come out to a
jobsite with both me and the contractor to another project we were currently working on.
With these little gestures, she grew confidence in us, and has enjoyed the process of redo-
ing her kitchen.
