Light from a lightbulb passes through two parallel slits that are d=14.8m apart, with each
at an angle of 28 degrees away from a screen very far away.
1) Calculate the Path length difference. Is the path length difference destructive on
constructive?

L = dsinθ
L =14.8sin(28) = 4λ
Since mλ is equal to some integer m, then there is constructive interference, if the m was
not an integer, then it would be destructive interference.
Young Discovered that when the interference was destructive, there is no light that passes
through, however in this case, it is constructive interference and some light passes.
