Three core factors that must be considered for any community are human health, the efficiency of local resources per dollar of the local economy, and the quality of local resources like water, food, and air. Other variable factors depend on the specific local conditions, such as overall prosperity, renewable energy sources, a sense of belonging, and diversity. When intervening in a community, all core factors must be addressed first, followed by the relevant variable factors in order to build a resilient, sustainable, and prosperous community.
