This document outlines the requirements for Project 2 of the CONSTRUCTED LANDSCAPE course. Students will work in groups of 6 to design a landscape proposal for a 10m x 10m site on campus. They must analyze the site and develop a concept, master plan, planting plan, costing, construction details, and maintenance plan. On presentation day, groups must display the concept and master plan on two A2 boards and submit a report with the remaining elements. The report and all materials are due on June 9th, with late submissions facing reduced marks or no assessment.

Landscape Project

Introduction
The aim of the project is to introduce students to Landscape Project from ideas stage to completion. Students
will have basic exposure to concept, analysis, master plan, costing, planting plan, construction and
maintenance. Student will be given a small site within campus to study and apply the anatomy of project
accordingly.
Learning Objective
1. To understand basic landscape architecture drawings as a means of communication and representation of
ideas

Tasks
In a group of 6 you need to select a 10mx10m site within the campus. You are to study the selected site and
come up with an analysis. From the analysis, each group need to come up with a green space proposal for the
site. This includes concept, master plan, planting plan, costing (bill of quantities), and construction detail
as well as maintenance plan. You are to present your concept, master plan and planting plan on 2 A2
presentation board and the rest of the study a report format.
