This document lists and describes lamb and mutton products that can be supplied from top South American producers in Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay. It details the various cut options available, including full carcasses, racks, shoulders, loins, and legs. Custom cuts and private labeling are also options, with direct contact and supervision provided throughout the production process.

We supply, directly from the South American top producers to your company, the

 6-Way cuts lamb or mutton

 Forequarters
 Shoulders
 Loin - Chump on (8 ribs)
 Leg - Chump and Shank off
 Leg cuts
 Tenderloin
Notes:
 The products can be developed under private label if needed.
 Other special cuts can be developed upon request.
 We offer direct contact with the producers with our supervision during the whole process.
 Origins: Argentina, Chile, & Uruguay.
