Senator Lacson and Senate President Sotto believe that regardless of the election outcome, they will have left an indelible legacy of voters' enlightenment through their town hall meetings across the country. The town hall meetings allowed them to feel the pulse of the people and offer solutions to their problems, unlike rallies which are detached. They hope these meetings will help break traditional politics where incompetents get elected just by entertainment and instead see a "silent revolution" where voters elect leaders wisely based on track records rather than popularity.
