This document outlines the admissions agreement and policies for El Camino Preschool. 1. El Camino Preschool Admissions Agreement
Schedule, Tuition and Payment

The current tuition rate for the program I have chosen is $____________per month.
Tuition is due and payable, in advance of my child’s attendance. I agree to pay a late fee of $30 if
my Tuition is not paid by the 4th
day of attendance. No allowances, credits, refunds or make-up
days shall be made for absences. I understand that I must provide one month’s written notice of
withdrawal from the program. If this notification is not provided, I agree to pay all tuition and fees
for one month, whether or not my child attends. El Camino Preschool will provide 30 days written
notice to parents prior to any basic rate change.
I understand that a non-refundable registration fee of $80 shall be paid in advance to enroll my
child. I understand that in order to continue my child’s enrollment each year, I must pay an annual
non-refundable curriculum/program fee of $80.
I understand that a processing fee of $30 will be charged for a returned check. If more than
one check is returned in a calendar year a money order will be required for future payment.

Parent’s Rights
I have received a copy of “The Child Care Center Notification of Parent’s Rights and the Caregiver
Background Check Process” from El Camino Preschool.
Children’s Personal Rights
I have received a copy of “Personal Rights, Child Care Facilities” from El Camino Preschool.
Interviewing Children and Inspecting Records
I understand that California State Community Care Licensing and the Department of Social
Services or Child Protective Services has the authority to interview children or staff, to inspect and
audit child or facility records, to interview children privately, to observe the physical condition of the
children in the center without prior notice or consent by El Camino Preschool or me.
Dismissal
For the preservation of the safety, security, health or general well being of the center El
Camino Preschool may temporarily or permanently exclude any child, parent, or family from
the center who fails or refuses to conduct themselves in a manner befitting a child care
center. Prohibitions include but are not limited to profanity, yelling, hitting, threatening,
aggressive or violent behavior, intoxication or failure to follow policies or procedures.
I have read, I understand and I will comply with the policies included in El Camino
Preschool’s Admissions Agreement and Parent Handbook.
