6. The recognition rates of scientists’ competence (the most significant scientific, artistic, design, and socially
significant works completed within the last 5 years)
During 2012–2013 period in cooperation with the NGO „Centre for research and information about New Religious
Movements“ I prepared Project research paper which was approved as winner in the competition for the EU funding.
Project was titled „Recommendations for the Legislature purported to minimise discrimination in the field of religion“.
After publication of this Project paper MP Ms Dalia Kuodyte submitted appropriate draft laws to Parliamentary debates.
In 2013 I have prepared two new courses (disciplines) in English. I teach them to The Erasmus Plus exchange students
from foreign countries. Their titles are „Comparative constitutional law“ and „Legal status of aliens“. These courses,
and particularly the first one, are being adapted and renewed , with regard to the countries, which nationals are coming
to study at the K.Simonaviciaus university.
In May of 2014 I had taught Constitutional Law lectures at the Sakarya University (Turkey). Part of Erasmus Plus
teachers Exchange programme.
In May of 2015 I had taught Constitutional Law lectures at the Masaryk University (Brno, Czech Rep.). Part of Erasmus
Plus teachers Exchange programme.
In September of 2015 I had taught Constitutional Law lectures at the Karoli Gaspari Reformed Church University
(Budapest, Hungary). Part of Erasmus Plus teachers Exchange programme.
