Spanish Official State Bulletin on January 27th, the exemption thresholds related to the statistical declaration Intrastat of exchange of goods between Member States of the EU have been modified.
The thresholds established to be exempt from declaring the introduction and expedition of goods into/from Spain until December 31st, 2014 was 250,000 euros. However, as of January 1st, 2015, the new exemption thresholds of intracommunity introduction and expedition of goods are set at 400,000 euros. First return to be filed before February 12th., if the mentioned above is applicable.
Therefore, companies that have not exceeded 400,000 euros in 2014 in introductions and expeditions (separately) will not be required to file statistical declaration Intrastat during 2015.
In this regard, the approved order substantially increases
the threshold for exemption from the obligation to declare,
resulting in a significant reduction of administrative burden
for small and medium companies. However, the taxpayers
must include in said declarations the statistical values of the goods subject to these transactions.

Leaders of high schools in the context of the fourth industrial revolution face many challenges and new opportunities. Schools need to become smarter, more flexible, and more secure, and, therefore, the principal’s leadership competencies are likely to have new elements and be affected by new influencing factors. The aim of this study was to identify the factors that influence the competencies of school leadership in today’s increasingly smarter school landscape. Research was conducted using qualitative and quantitative research methods. The research sample consisted of 295 high school principals from five provinces and cities in Vietnam. The results showed that smart school leadership competencies depend on individual factors, school-level factors, and educational community-level factors. Smart school development policy and innovation of smart school infrastructure and facilities were identified as the most important factors.

This thesis examines referral and placement outcomes of English Language Learner (ELL) students in schools using Instructional Consultation (IC) Teams. The study analyzed archival data from 838 student cases, of which 12% were ELL, across five school districts. Results showed statistically significant differences between ELL and non-ELL students in initial referrals to IC or other prereferral teams as well as referrals to Individualized Education Program (IEP) Teams. Initial referral concerns also differed significantly between the groups. IC Teams were found to be more effective than other prereferral teams at decreasing special education referrals for both ELL and non-ELL students. It found that while most interns reported overall satisfaction and professional growth, internships were uneven in providing academic challenges and connections to interns' college studies. The study analyzed surveys from 531 interns and aimed to better understand the range of internship experiences and what factors contribute to high-quality internships that promote both professional and academic learning. Key findings included that interns experienced varying levels of skills training, mentoring, and substantive work, and that involvement from colleges often helped interns get more out of their internships.

This document summarizes a study on the quality of summer internships in Washington D.C. It found that while most interns reported overall satisfaction and professional growth, internships were uneven in providing academic challenges and connections to interns' college studies. The study analyzed surveys from 531 interns and aimed to better understand the range of internship experiences and what factors contribute to high-quality internships that promote both professional and academic learning. Key findings included that interns experienced varying levels of skills training, mentoring, and substantive work, and that involvement from colleges often helped interns get more out of their internships.
This document summarizes a research article that examined the influences of career commitment and workload on job satisfaction among academics. It investigated whether a supportive environment moderates the relationship between workload and job satisfaction. The study used a survey of 191 academics from five Malaysian universities. The key findings were:
1) High levels of career commitment were found to correspond with high levels of job satisfaction among academics.
2) Greater workloads were found to diminish job satisfaction.
3) A supportive environment was found to reduce the negative effects of workload on job satisfaction, acting as a buffer.
The study contributes to understanding the roles of career commitment, workload, and supportive environments in predicting academics' job satisfaction.
