Santa Clara, CA, Dec 14, 2011 - Kovair Software, a provider of Application Life Cycle Management (ALM) and IT
Service Management (ITSM) solutions announced today the immediate availability of the new versions of their
industry strength Enterprise ALM-Studio and ITSMStudio delivered on the Cloud (as SaaS) in addition to their
current On-Premise offerings.

Both ALM Studio and ITSM Studio come in two flavors – Starter and Enterprise. The free Starter edition of ALM
studio includes maximum of 5 users and that of ITSM Studio includes maximum of 1 technician and 5 concurrent
end users. The Enterprise editions for ALM Studio and ITSM Studio have $45 per user per month pricing. The
Enterprise editions allow customers to have a 30 days free trial before they decide to purchase.
