Mindful SelfCare TM is a 4 session program on Friday mornings from July 1st to 22nd from 11:30am to 1:30pm or Wednesday evenings from July 6th to 27th from 7pm to 9pm that teaches Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Mindful Yoga, and Yoga Nidra techniques. The program, led by Dr. Hanna Chusid, is held at a private yoga studio in Woodland Hills and costs $125 if registered by June 24th, with space being very limited.
The front cover of the Arctic Monkeys album "Favourite Worst Nightmare" depicts a council house with graffiti inside, representing the indie rock genre's DIY aesthetic and the band's working class background. The graffiti and obscure font of the band/album names also reflect indie conventions of youth and urban culture. Though the inside panels have a consistent color scheme, the back cover breaks from the theme by including only the track listing in a minimal, cramped format that leaves most of the panel empty - representing the indie genre's minimalist approach.
The live album cover shows a starry desert scene representing Las Vegas, where the band is from, illustrated with neon dots in an abstract style suited to indie rock. In the foreground is an image of the Royal Albert Hall where it was recorded. Throughout their discography, The Killers use a visual theme of this dot art style. The inside panels continue the purple and pale color scheme, showing the interior of the Royal Albert Hall rather than photos of the band, which is more common for indie rock than pop or hip-hop. The back cover features the tracklisting in the same purple, pink, and white color scheme, using dots again for bullet points to create repetition and cohesion.
