Kingpak Corp's main production is CMOS image sensors. Over the past 5 years, they have built up their internal image sensor testing capabilities by:
1) Designing and implementing their own auto image test systems using self-designed test kits, software, and an auto handler.
2) Working with customers to define image specifications and test requirements.
3) Saving costs by developing their own test equipment rather than outsourcing, reducing the cost of test sets from NT$500K in 2006 to NT$50K in 2012.
