Time-consuming Analysis: Manual analysis and verification of each incoming communication consume significant time and effort for users, impeding their productivity and efficiency. Limited User Knowledge: Users often lack the necessary knowledge and resources to accurately identify spam sources and stay updated on the evolving trends in spam attacks, leaving them susceptible to potential threats.
