Kamal Rajani spent time in July 2012 camping and hiking in two provincial parks in Ontario - Chutes Provincial Park for a couple nights, and Lake Superior Provincial Park, fulfilling a 10-year promise to visit the "big five" parks with his children. The trip involved tented camping without amenities like electricity, running water, or wifi. Rajani documented the scenic views, wildlife sightings, and outdoor activities like hiking and being in the water over the course of the weeklong trip, which ended with a stop in Wawa before returning home. He thanked the Nature Conservancy of Canada for allowing staff time to spend in nature.
