Botswana called Spelling Bee Botswana, the main objective of the project is to enable
students to speak and write English in the appropriate manner.
Kaene is of good conduct, has a sharp sense to duty and also behaves diligently to both his
colleagues and other people. He has good interpersonal skills that enable him to interact with
others without friction. Mr Disepo is very capable of working independently too, but also
works well with others in a group setting. He is capable of working under pressure, hence has
no problem in meeting deadlines. Kaene has a high level of analytical thinking; very keen to
details. He has excellent communication skills.
