CERRO CALICHE GOLD PROJECT
On Course for Near-Term Production
SONORO GOLD CORP is a publicly listed junior exploration company currently developing a heap leach mining
operation (HLMO) at its Cerro Caliche gold concession in Sonora, Mexico. Management has extensive
experience in the discovery, delineation and development of mineral deposits, including several silver-gold
mines within the region. The Company’s aggressive drilling campaign has confirmed a broadly mineralized
low-sulphidation epithermal vein structure, including multiple gold mineralized zones along trend and near
surface.
Despite less than 20% of Cerro Caliche’s mapped gold mineralized zones being drilled and assayed to date,
an independent NI 43-101 compliant updated Technical Report and Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA),
scheduled to be filed July 2021, are expected to confirm viability and sufficient resource to support an HLMO
with a conceptual capacity of up to 15,000 to 20,000 tonnes per day (tpd).

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
• 1,400-hectare concession is strategically located between two world-class mining districts in Sonora,
Mexico and surrounded by several gold-silver mining operations.
• Over 47,500 meters have been drilled on the property, including more than 25,000 meters since
September 2020.
• Drilling results confirm material expansion and strategic extension of several mineralized zones
outlining four major parallel northwest trending gold zones.
• Infill drilling along adjacent boundaries of two of the four major zones identified a potential
convergence of the two conceptual open pits.
• McClelland Laboratories Inc. has been engaged to perform metallurgical testing. Bottle roll tests
confirm mineralization is amenable to cyanide leaching with recoveries averaged at 80.3%. Column
testing is currently underway.
• An NI 43-101 Technical Report1
filed July 2019 estimated an inferred resource (at a 0.25 g/t gold
equivalent cut-off grade) of 11.5M tonnes at an average grade of 0.495 g/t gold and 4.3 g/t silver
amenable to open pit extraction methods.
• Micon International Ltd. has been engaged to prepare a revised NI 43-101 Technical Report on
estimated resources to include all drilling data up to April 15, 2021.
• D.E.N.M. Engineering Ltd. has been engaged to prepare a Preliminary Economic Assessment on the
HLMO, to confirm viability of the project’s capital and operating costs.
• Exploration confirms Cerro Caliche’s epithermal ideal boiling zone, the most favourable location for
the deposition of high-grade gold, is present at relatively shallow depth in the system.
• Subject to financing, construction set to commence in early October 2021, commissioning of the new
mine is currently scheduled for the end of the first quarter of 2022.
