This document discusses several mythical creatures from Greek mythology. It describes Medusa as a beautiful woman whose hair was turned into snakes by Athena for bragging. The Minotaur is presented as a half-man, half-bull creature trapped in a maze where sacrifices were made every nine years until killed by Theseus. The Chimera is portrayed as a hybrid creature with the front parts of a lion and rear parts of a goat and a snake for a tail that breathed fire.

2. Introduction
• You may wonder what are mythical
creatures? Well in my opinion, I think They
are creatures that don’t exist, but people
been belief and think they are real. If you
read further in my powerpoint. I’ll give you
information about different mythical
ctreatures.

3. Meduisa
• Meduisa had beautiful hair
until her hair turned into
snakes for bragging to people.
Before her hair turned she
was saying to people that she
was more Beautiful than
Athena and that’s when
Athena turned her hair into a
CRAZY creature

4. Minotaur
• The Minotaur was a
half man - half bull. He
was stuck in a maze
and every 9 years
there would be a
sacriface for the
Minotaur. He was
killed by Theseus
when he was
sacriface.

5. The Chimaera
• The Chimaera was a half
lion – half mountain goat
with a snake tail. The
chimaera Breathed fire
and had tough skin. The
skin could not be Pierce.

6. The Hydra
• The Hydra was a multi-headed reptile who
can grow another head when the Hydra
losses a head. The Hydra had a
poisonous tongue and had large fangs.
The Hydra was killed by Hercules when he
cut off all 8 heads.

7. Scylla
• Scylla was a woman in the sea with wolf
heads on the waist, she had fins and a tail
as a fish. She would make a giant whirling
pool for the shipdd to sink in, it was called
Chrybdis.

8. The Sphinx
• The Sphinx is a mythical
creature that had a
woman face, Body of the
lion and huge bird wings.
She would give a passer
a riddle and if they
wouldn’t finish it she
would kill them. She
killed her self when a
prince awnsered the
riddle what the Sphinx
gave him
