A platform was presented to help non-profit organizations solve problems by automating internal processes. The team developed a solution to track production, learning, and weekly compensation for women in a skills training program. The web application uses PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, allowing admins to track managers and users, and users to integrate work and receive compensation while addressing shortcomings. The team of 7 members and mentors aims to keep the solution simple.
