Josh Silber has many years of experience with all types of civil litigation matters, primarily representing accident victims, injured persons and victims of malpractice. Josh has been appointed by the Chief Administrative Judge of the New York State Supreme Court in Manhattan to serve as a plaintiff's representative on the Court's Malpractice Case Management Committee. He proudly serves on the Board of Directors and the Executive Board of the 4000+ member New York State Trial Lawyers Association and serves as the Chairman of the Partnership for Justice Committee. Josh has been designated by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court and U.S. Trustees as a mediator in many malpractice cases involving uninsured or bankrupt hospitals, helping plaintiffs and defendants reach amicable settlements on cases which languished for many years before mediation.
