Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Issuing Work Permit in the work site to all sub- contractors prior to start all activities.
2. Conduct site inspection regularly and noted all concerns found in the site to be given to all sub-contractors
for immediate rectifications.
3. Lead the Weekly Safety Patrol together with all Safety representatives of all sub-contractors and whatever
found unsafe act and unsafe activity during the patrol it will be rectified immediately on the spot.
4. As a HSE Supervisor (EPC) in-charged in one area, all Safety personnel of every sub-contractor are given
an instructions and assignments that they will attend and monitor.
5. Conduct and lead HSE Walkthrough and meeting with ARAMCO PMT HSE. (Proponent)
6. Make summary or report from the observations found on the weekly walkthrough and disseminate to all
sub-contractors for their closure within 48hrs and it will be verified in the site.
7. Daily reporting to the HSE Manager via email.
8. Lead the safety monitoring in the work area assigned as a HSE Supervisor EPC and handles all safety
personnel of all safety of sub-contractors in an approachable manner.
